I have provided a couple of articles and a clip to give you some guidance to getting your team to play better sevens.

First, click on the links below to read a couple of sevens article from the Better Rugby Coaching archive.

Colin Hillman, the former Wales Sevens coach, writes about basic sevens defences in 3-Man, Sweeper, Chain and Arc for 7s Defence.

Mike Friday, the former England Sevens Coach, writes about basic sevens attacks in The Best Sevens Attack in the World.

Second, here's an extended clip (about 9 minutes long) of Samoa beating Fiji 19-14 to win the London Sevens title in May 2008.
