at the end fo the day the p-layers/committee/CLUB will get who they want/deserve. If enough players want YOU and not HIM then they have to make the right noises in the club to acheive that. If politics is playing a part then the CLUB will get what it deserves as a result - ad if the players disagree enough then they will leave for whwre you are coaching.
I accept however that possibly in the US there isn;t another feasible option in a town/city for you and/or they to leave to .

| I am only here for 6 months. The players have been fantastic and so have the committee and if I had been here longer I think that they would have demanded change.

| i'm coaching in the states as well. they need your help but have been programmed since they were young to follow directions without question. they will play a very structured game and will eventually start thinking but you have to give them options you wish to see. they are programable just like a computer and will think but they need to all the options they are suppose to read just like american football.

| Fortunately there is a strong desire for rugby to be a success in the USA. The clubs and players are dedicated and passionate and have my total respect - if UK clubs received the level of support that the American club sides do, they'd have all given up long ago!
