I have a small proble with my gym work out for my  players

Would like to know if I am having 25 players at one time in the gym and they are all doing the same workout what would be the best way to go about it since they cant all do the same exercise at the same time, since there would not be enough equipment to do that. What would be your solution.?

Would really appreciate some feedback.

Many Thanks,

Hi

I can think that 25 players in one gym could lead to a logistical problem

Best advice that I could give is to try spilt the players up into groups of maybe 4 or 5, and have them all circuit around various equipment (Group by Group). For example: Group 1 do Chest while Group 2 do Arms, then switch etc.

Otherwise also seperate Backs from Forwards and then have the players do more exercises relating to their positions (HAve forwards focus more on Strentgh, and Backs on increasing their reaction times etc)

Hope it helps and look forward to others views
