| Here is an article from International Rugby Coaching in which IRB supremo Paddy O'Brien explains the 2010 law interpretations. Referees are under strict orders to concentrate on them. Ignore them at your peril.

Don't like the "reloader" video. Several problems there with not releasing the tackled player, reloader staying on his feet during the tackle so can't go for the ball from his final position and when he is supposedly protecting the poacher, his body weight is supported by the tackled player so now he IS off his feet. I hope that video was meant to illustrate what NOT to do.

Inserts tongue in cheek  How can there be anything worng when this has internationals teaching more junior players a technique, surely they would only teach legal moves? Removes tongue LOL
