Having the right technique when making a tackle is crucial to effectively performing the skill and ensuring the safety of your players.

I think this example from USA Rugby is one of the clearest tackle technique videos I have ever seen. You can use this as a template to improve your tacklers and see your players improve.

Thanks. The Pat Lam example is so much better.
I don't think the American example would work, as shown, against a player running at speed and dodging to the outside of defender.
