| Beating a player one-on-one is a skill that can turn a so-so player into a dangerous attacker. Jeff Wilson, now assistant coach at North Harbour, was a prolific try scorer for the All Blacks. A full back and winger with immense speed and skill, he scored 44 tries in 60 test matches between 1993 and 2002. Whether you’re new to the game or have been playing for years, there's few more qualified to talk you through this than Wilson. In this clip, another All Black legend, flanker Josh Kronfeld, gets some great tips from Wilson on how to beat a man one-on-one. Step, swerve, fend, chip, chase, score… the video also includes a few classic tries Wilson was involved in over the years.
