Kickers miss touch from penalties because of poor technique and the wrong mental rehearsal.

Here are some routines for your kicker

Technical:

1. Focus on a point on the touchline.

2. Turn the body to face that point.

3. Hold and drop the ball down the middle of the body.

4. Kick through the ball, with the leg and foot driving towards that point on the touchline.

Mental:

1. Control breathing.

2. Look at the ball and turn it the hands to make it feel "light".

3. Pick a point on the touchline that you know you will make.

4. Rehearse the technical routine in your mind (has to be quick, so just trigger words)

5. Make the kick.
