Which would be the best smart sessions to sign up for if coaching U15's, the junior ones or the core skills ones? Are the junior ones based at 8,9,10 year olds?

Cheers

You have Smart Sessions Core (ex Junior) and Smart Sessions Advanced to choose from.
Being a U15 coach myself, I'd recommend Smart Sessions Core even though I subsribe to both.
