eg Can the no 8 pick and go for example?

Is there such a thing as a sheet that details the law changes as you progress up the age groups please? If so could any coach outthere let me have a copy or the benefit of their experience if they have been through it before!!

presuming your are talking about England there is no U13 continuum.

There are age grade regs, and these will be found at

http://www.community-rugby.com/communityrugby/index.cfm/Fuseaction/Home.Story/StoryTypeId/101/SectionId/1308/StoryId/11717.cfm

Your confusion however is perfectlu undersdtandable as it appears that the RFU's own website (community-rugby one) under referees and laws seems to indicate that the continuum runs u7-13, which speaks volumes for its webmasters/proof readers.

...  and yes the Number 8 can pick up.

Its basically the full adult game without lifting in lineouts, or wheeling/pushing in scrums to any great degree.

hope this helps :-)

... not forgetting (of course!) the non-pulling-down-the-maul non-ELV etc etc etc etc
