Does anybody know a website/book etc where I can find out exactly what is expected from each player and their respective positions please?

Increasing under 9s tackling confidence

I am an U9s coach in the minis.

We have started our first season of contact and many of the kids are quite happy to tackle but some are not so confident and are hanging back.

We are drilling the tackle regularly but havent used tackle bags.

I want to build the confidence of those who are less forward but have hit a bit of a wall and dont want to see them getting left behind.

Any advice on how to get their confidence up and committing in games ?
