Hi we are touring in Cornwal next week & just checking up on the laws for 13's. My understanding is at scrums nr 8 is allowed to pick up & oppossing 9 can't follow around until the ball is played?

Also can opposing 9 stand behind his own scrum when attcking 9 puts ball in?
