There is a stipulation in the continuum up to U12 (5 in lineout)

Youth Rugby covers Under 13 - Under 18 age grades. (In the age grades Under 7 to Under 12 games are played in accordance with the rules of the RFU Continuum.)

Youth Rugby is played in accordance with the U19 Law Variations of the iRB and any RFU ELVs in force.

Not even in RFU world Dan as it happens.

2 hands on is ASKED for

* as a coaching point (ie better options)
* to help prevent handoffs (which are NOT permitted below U13 in England)

But I concur that some believe 2 hands on is a RFU Ctnm requirement.

can anyone help me! at under U13's in a lineout is there a law/rule that states that all forwards must be in the lineout, we have worked on some forwards moves away from the lineout, but other team have stated that all players must be in the lineout i.e 7 vs. 7.
