I could easily give out what I do but it could well be totally irrelevant to your needs.
Like you I looked long and hard over a number of months for some form of ready made plan for my pre-season and talked with several other Coaches and players and determined that the correct course of action was for me to devise a plan that was appropriate for my team, I have given the players targets to achieve and a timescale but I made sure that these are achievable by all if they put in some effort. This is just for their personal fitness and conditioning and only time will tell if individuals have the personal motivation to do it, I am there for them but cant do it for them.
condorazul if you believe that you can set your goals and you know your team then you can provide what is needed and this way you would have the satisfaction of knowing that the work is yours. Try having a team meeting and discussing what the players want from their pre-season training use this information to help you provide what is required.

RE: Pre Season Elite-Rugby Player Workout

I´m not a Physical _Coach that´s why i´m looking for a complete training
if you don´t know well how to do it it could be worst for the players
the best way to train them it´s a well prepared pre season work out

RE: Pre Season Elite-Rugby Player Workout

Why not post up what you think would work with your players and we could discuss it with you and perhaps provide some extra suggestions
Here's a first suggestion for you set your players a challenge of being able to run 10k in a given time by a given date.

RE: Pre Season Elite-Rugby Player Workout

Define the following:

1.
